Just done a reboot. I went straight to my local phpmyadmin. This time the
left hand frame displays a 500 server error and the right hand frame is Ok.

Tried a page which just has a phpinfo() on it. The phpinfo output displayed
but not the logos. The IIS logfile shows 500 errors for the logo fetches. A
reload of the images made them appear OK.

All in all the ISAPI module seems highly unpredictable on my setup!

I'm playing in a gig tonight and have to go now to set up. If anyone wants
me to perform further tests, let me know and I'll get back on the case
tomorrow morning (UK time!).
