Ill do some tests later today and report. If this is the case then I
personally think this needs fixing if not before this release (In which case
the isapi filter .dll shouldnt be distributed then before the next release.
We need a stable ISAPI filter as most people who run windows in a commcial
enviroment with IIS will want to use isapi and not CGI, whether that is on
an intranet or internet.
