The biggest problem with ISAPI is that it's hard to debug and most people
who are testing it don't actually have a Visual C++/PHP debugging
environment installed.
I remember Shane posted a way we can take access violations and find out
where the crash actually occurred but I never had time to actually try it.
We need to try and work on this issue.
The more help we can get with this the better. Does anyone know if
Borland's free C++ compiler also comes with a command line debugger similar
to gdb?
