I've spent the day messing around with my VC++ setup trying to work out why
I was unable to build php. It looks like the problem was due to various
include/library directory configurations I'd set up for other projects.

I've just built RC6 release TS inline, so now I'll build TS debug and see if
I can get to the bottom of what's going wrong on my machine.

I assume I'll have to attach the debugger to inetinfo. If not, can someone
tell me what?
