    There were zero other patches in the 4.0.4 branch of PHP.
    The Zend patches don't appear to be showstoppers, as they
    affect only very special cases.

    PHP 4.0.4 has been tagged and packaged and if nothing bad
    happens, it will get released this evening. The only changes
    over the last Release Candidate are the version number and
    the release date.
