I'm currently brewing up the Windows Installer.
I notice that the Win32_Package.txt file does not make mention of including
the Install.txt file with the Win32 release.
Can whoever brews up the Win32 zip make sure that the Install.txt file DOES
get included.
For next time around, we should remove the installation instructions from
the readme, and refer the user to the install.txt file. The current state of
the world has a subset of the installation instructions in the readme and a
full set in the install.txt file.
