Hmm I don't think anyone realized because Sascha didn't stop the release
and fix those function prototypes. Oh well. And it wasn't announced on php-dev.
How about putting the 4.0.4 NEWS section on the downloads page so that for
a change people will be able to see what's new where they download? (It
will hopefully make more people read it and prevent them from getting
bitten by changes). Can someone please do it? And maybe at the same time we
should update the front page.
