I think this release was probably one of the best, if not _the_ best,
in the last 2 years. I mean this not only in terms of the release
methodology, but the QA effort which was awesome as you said, (and
will only get better), and the overall quality of the product.

If people get involved in open source projects like this in order
to get the warm fuzzies when a decent product gets rolled out, then
everyone involved in PHP deserves to be overwhelmed with same.
