PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: 4.0.4 fails on basic authentication
DSO PHP 4.0.4 (plain vanilla)
Apache 1.3.15-dev
php.ini-optimized (error_reporting = E_ALL)
PHP 4.0.4 fails to let me in with the Basic Auth example from the manual.
