[PHP-DEV] Separate PEAR from PHP in CVS From: Jon Parise (jon <email protected>)

Does anyone else think it might be wise to move the pear/ subdirectory
out of the PHP 4 CVS tree and into its own CVS module? Are there
compelling reasons to leave it where it is now (other than easier
distribution)?
