I hacked a couple of other things (e.g. ext/java/config.m4
to point at the libjava.a instead of libjava.so and your sapi_module
hack in sapi/servlet/servlet.c) and got things to build with the
latest CVS using your configure line. Unfortunately, Tomcat still
terminates at open_file_for_scanning as before. Back to square
one but at least the build process is cleaner. Will keep investigating.
BTW, anyone know if building MySQL and XML with IBM C
on AIX is possible yet?
