[PHP-DEV] 4.0.4pl1 RC1 compile failure From: Cynic (cynic <email protected>)

as I expected, the _ap_child_terminate <email protected> unresolved external
symbol error isn't present in this branch, but the
_zend_ini_rshutdown is.
It's not possible to build php4apache.dll from this RC.

mod_php4.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _zend_ini_rshutdown
