Hi,
Couldn't convince your bug reporting system to let me enter a reply so...
Date on php4ts.dll is 12/20/2000 as is php.exe (see original message).
I have tried install, test, fail, reboot, re-test, fail.
Same error messages.
Only the one copy of php4ts.dll on the system.
If you rename it get a different message complaining that php4ts.dll not
found in search path.
If I back out to V4.0.2 then dates on php4ts.dll change back to 8/29/2000 as
expected.
