Bug description: after 45min. of no user interaction, i get a can't connect to database/server

running a IIS, PHP, Sybase SQLanywhere 5.0

after 45min. of no user interaction, (getting back from the screen saver), i get a can't connect to server/database.

NEED HELP and quick
