I don't know. :) That msg wasn't meant for php-dev@, I didn't
notice it among the recipients.
Some time ago I talked to Jouni about the IB extension, we
agreed I'd help him test it on NT, but I haven't heard from
him since. That msg was just a reminder I'm still here; it had
nothing to do with any proposed patches. It was just that your
mail reminded me of the mentioned conversation...
