Does this error only have to do with the setup of MMC or does it effect more
than that. I'm new to PHP so I can't tell yet if there is a problem.

this is being solved right now and will be probably fixed in 4.0.6

During the install of PHP I recieved an error stating that the MSCOMCTL.OCX
did not correctly register a file is missing or invalid.
