[PHP-DEV] Rollback of DOM/XML to 4.0.5 version From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

Hi,

I rolled back DOM/XML and will hopefully roll RC2 today. I think my
rollback of config.m4 might not have been completely correct because some
reorganizations of the config.m4 files were made I think before we branched
4.0.6.
Can someone please check my commit and see if I should fully or partially
rollback some of the config.m4 commits? Or just point out if something
needs fixing?
