Win NT 4 SP6a
Sambar Server 4.x & 5 Beta 4 & 5
mySQL 3.23.36
PHP 4.0.4 / 4.04pl1 php4isapi

Have several php apps for file up & downloading that send 6byte files or
close to 0byte instead of the real size.
Uplaods wrok fine, its only the downlaods that are scr*d up.

I've been able to reproduce the error on several different machines with
different php & web server versions.
The Web server author has assured me that his php support hasn't changed.

If you have knowledge of this I'd really appreciate a short comment.
Driving me nuts and will cost me a couple of clients as well.
