debian sid installs domxml include files in /usr/include/libxml2/libxml/
therefore the ./configure script doesn't find it anymore and reports domxml not found...
i'm not sure, if it stays there (it's the unstable branch...) but if it's possible it would be a GoodThing to check for that place as well (or do i have to add an addidtional include path in ./configure?)
