Does anyone object to me modifying the anoncvs.php webpage to include
the following note? Does anyone have anything to add - Jeroen? :)

buildconf script to fail.

Under SuSE 7.1 (Linux kernal 2.2.18 i686) autoconf version 2.13, 
automake version 1.4 (ok) and libtool version 1.4.2 are suspected not 
to work.
 </para>

libtool 1.4.2 may not work with any current (as of 2001/09/30) versions 
of autoconf and automake.
 </para>
