First you should get the current PHP source code. It is in an CVS
repository at cvs.php.net and is called phpdoc. Then look into the source
code in the phpdoc/en/functions directory an see if you unterstand the
DocBook XML element and attributes.
If you install Jade, DocBook XML DTD, Norman Walsh modular stylesheets,
you can propably validate your additions. If you have finished a
undocumented function you can send it to one of documenters with a real
CVS account. If anything went well, you can register yourself at
http://www.php.net/cvs.php3 and probably Rasmus itself will give you an
CVS account.
