I have only a working connection to va.php.net at home and don't know
how to bring it to php.net.

On va.php.net there are some tools missing to build PostScript and PDF.

The viewable documentation at snaps.php.net is also old. Only the
tarballs are build every day from source.

Probably Stig can update php.net. In the Makefile there are some macros
that will automate this for him.
