I think that an entirely separate documentation for win32 is perhaps a
little overkill, i use bith a little, and have found only minor
differences. The result may be a lot of work maintaining two FAQs, when
perhaps the best solution is an attached FAQ (appendix, whatever you
want to call it) which outlines specifics to that platform.
With a bit of luck, you could set up a page for people to post win32
'nuances' directly online (from people who know both platforms well),
saving you from doing the work :)
