[PHPDOC] What happend to the admin-notes links ( X and E at the side of the annotations) From: Hartmut Holzgraefe (hartmut <email protected>)

i have the 'magic cookie'

i can still edit and delete annotations on some of the first pages

but when i'm somewhere deper inside, especially in the function
reference part, i can't modify or delete annotations anymore,
admin buttons do not show up anymore

whats going on ???
