i fear that's what happend

not really
i once suggested a more functional grouping within the files,
but answers where mixed and no decission followed
(and i didn't push it myself)
and so things stayed as they are
but maybe its time have restart this and have a serious decision
this time?
alphabetical ordered summaries can still be obtained using propper
stylesheets (i'll volunteer for this) while a more functional grouping
helps especially those who really read a chapter page by page
(reading about xyz_close() way before xyz_open() doesn't help so much)
