Hartmut Holzgraefe compiled today the function tables at the LinuxDays at
Stuttgart and is thinking about to integrate the FAQ into the
documentation.

The function tables are in a alphabetical order and there is also a
summary for the extensions.

Hartmut's list of functions can be used to generate an index. In most
books you will such an index. With the current manual you can only
navigate through the table of content.
