Fill out the form at http://www.php.net/cvs-php3.php and I think you
will get an CVS commit account very soon.

This list is not like the German mailing list. The phpdoc is in Cc: so
you will get only two postings if I respond to you and the php mailing
list. From others you will only get one posting.
