Sir/Madam

1. How do I pass a parameter to a HTML page when calling it from a
page?

 Supposing the code in HTML is
 <form NAME='cform' METHOD='POST' ACTION='http://
vsp/Test/First.php4?param1 = first'>
 .........
 </form>

 In the First.php4 , I would like to get the parameter value(param1).
 How to get the value?

2. How do I redirect a script file to another script file ?
 
 For instance in ASP or JSP
  syntax is response.redirect(http://vsp/Test/First.php4?value =
first)

3. How do I commit my transactions externally in MySQL?
