Rasmus,

This is a great idea! But some of your recommended practices present
difficulties (read on)...

Never heard of this font face -- must be specific to PCs? It certainly
does not appear in Netscape 4.72 on my Ultrabook or UltraSPARC 60.
And 12 pt fonts are generally WAY too small for effective use in a
conference setting. The fact that we are using computers instead of
slides doesn't rewrite all the old rules for effective presentations --
one of which is to put no more than about 5 LINES of material per
screen. I have been using HTML for presentations for about 8 years
now, and always use 30 pt. fonts or greater. Yes, it looks ridiculous
to the presenter, accustomed to using 12 pt. fonts when sitting alone
directly in front of a workstation screen, but it's entirely appropriate
for use in a group presentation. Think about all those poor souls in
the back of the auditorium, or with impaired vision (like me)! Your
12 pt. font is effectively INVISIBLE to these folks.
