OK Rather than it being a mad dash through the manual with us all doing the
same section as eveyone else (ada_afetch will gets lots of attention if we
do that) its probably an idea for anyone who has signed up to help to
take/be given a section that they are familiar with and initally start from
that. Aim to get the manual cleaned and then perhaps we could have any new
annotations sent to a new/current list (I dont know which one currently) So
they can be delt with if needed, looking through there seem to be very few
*Good* anotations.

Also is it possible to get the php.net manual on a weekly build so that it
stays upto date rather than lagging behind the actual docs where corrections
might have been made.
