Ok, here is what I suggest:
1. Go to www.php.net/manual/set-magic-cookie.php and enter your cvs id and
passwd
2. Then go to www.php.net/manual/
You will notice that you can now edit and delete notes directly in the
manual itself. I think this is a more efficient way of browsing the
notes because you get to see what is actually in the manual.
The manual isn't completely up to date, so cross-referencing with the
raw XML docs is sometimes required.
3. At this point I think it is ok to simply delete the note once you have
added/changed the XML. We will get the manual updated soon.
