Can I point you to wincvs, it is slightly annoying at times but It sets
everything up for you, It has got a direct command line system (Eg you can
give the commands you want rather than it giving the commands that come of
the menus) I started to use it very sceptically but Have found it quite
usable. get it from http://www.wincvs.org
