OK, I'm leaving exif for Rasmus to write, and I'm staying away from the
dav module because Stefan Livieratos told me it's not actually working
right now.

I recall that new files have to be registered somewhere in order to become
part of the jade compile. I'll leave that for Egon (or whomever) like
I did before. I haven't been able to get jade to compile the docs
into HTML yet anyway. (Feel free to flame my lazy ass on this one).

I'll try to write up some stuff for sockets, java, and ingres next week
as I have time. Does it make sense to put the documentation on java in
the functions directory, or should it go somewhere else?
