Hi!
I am holding Jesus' book now (actually it is on my desk :),
and seeing some inconsistencies with the precedences.
Jesus writes:
= += -= ... operators are right associative
this is also the case for the ?: operator.
In the manual, these are left associative...
Also in his book the precendence establishment
operator () is mentioned with the highest precedence...
This could be included in the manual...
The [ operator is actually [] isn't it?
