It is - but multinationalization of documentation is always a good thing.
A great number of the latino's i've worked with speak english well but don't
always grasp the linguistic structure completely in the written form.

Don't misunderstand me.. I never said that Spanish speaking people don't
exist.. but is it not true that if a Latin/South American individual knows
a second language it is English?
