I'm not blocking anything. I'm trying to fight some sort of a 'we can do
it all and we can do it best' syndrome that the PHP project seems to suffer
from (it used to in the development team, and it seems to have propagated
to the documentation team). If the successful manual project goes down
because it loses focus, it'll be a great loss. The gain is negligible in
my opinion. That's my math.

Anyway, everyone can do whatever they want. I said what I thought.
