Egon is right, you could write a nice partinfo for the section and Hatmut
here has a good idea. The flush function should also be moved to the same
section. There is also a fflush() function that's not been documented yet.

If we go with a new section, what should it be called, Output Control or
Output Buffering sound great to me.
