Hopefully you use not TkCVS. This change was necessary because someone
wrote HTML files in the top directory.

Don't worry about the revisions and branches. Use only that what you get
with a fresh checkout. If you are not sure about, make a short test commit
and control the results against http://cvs.php.net/
