I can babelfish with the best of em.... but what are the decided rulesets?

Notes and errata seem to be localized in some translations, english in others,
etc. I can't tell whether or not I should be removing a rash of "please
email this manual to me" notes in the /es/ versionn.

So, I'll suggest the following:
1. Keeping questions out of the manuals, and on the localized (or general)
support mailing lists. Basically, the one set of rules across all languages..
(No questions, no flames, etc.)

2. Encouraging each translation team to devise their own system if they choose
to use their own errata.

3. Let the notes crawlers know what is, and isn't, supposed to be done. :-)
