I moved off all of the non-database related ones--I think the database
ones should be removed too. Pointers to the appropriate options should
be given instead--as it is, that page is something of a readability
mess.

Oh, I don't mind. I should have said that this is pretty preliminary
(otherwise I would've probably committed it anyway). It's this kind of
comment I'm looking for:

This makes perfect sense. And is another reason I think we need to
just take the generated list now, and take care of it by hand from now
on. This isn't something a little script would be capable of doing,
without adding tags of some kind to the configure option help texts
(hmm...say...)

But yeah, at the moment I've just got them alphabetically. Not the
best setup at all.

Actually, that should be pretty easy. Probably could have a link to it
from the manual, or something.

I'll make some changes and commit either later tonight or tomorrow.
