That isn't necessary anymore. We have now 7 languages and every translator
should check changes in the english tree on cvs.php.net before he or she
begins to work. I hope Catharina will soon pick up your added functions
and translate it.

Someone makes comments in the files up to which version this is in sync
with the english tree. A better place would be to write the version
information into the Translators file.

A bit problematic is another thing: phpdoc/lang/chapters.ent should be in
phpdoc/chapters.ent and that part in manual.xml.in between <book> </book>
should be moved to phpdoc/lang. We want to maintain our own alphabetical
list of functions and an automatical build is possible even if one of the
authors, translators, or editors had no time to move functions in a new
file.
