[PHP-DOC] Proposed changes to Install section in manual From: Lars Torben Wilson (torben <email protected>)

OK, here's the current status of the updates I've been making to the
Installation on Unix Systems and Complete list of configure options
sections of the manual.

I've clarified the Installation page a bit, and made some more mention
of the various features controllable via configure. I've also laid out
the configure options under various subheadings, which are totally
open to debate (as is everything else, of course).

Mostly, though, I'd like folks to take a look at this and vet it for
correctness and general this-makes-sense-ness. If there are no
objections, I'll commit it sometime tomorrow, after which point it'll
be open season for rearrangements/fixes etc. (The list of options
still needs quite a bit of categorization, I think; I just want to
avoid categorizing it to the point where lots of the categories have
only one or two items).
