Hello,

I just commit a script (make_chm.php) to the phpdoc cvs, which takes
care of creating the toc and project files for the WinHelp compiler.
It's not bug free yet, but I'll look into it this weekend.

Does somebody have any good idea to autogenerate the Index too?
