[PHP-DOC] PDF version of manual From: Jouni Ahto (jah <email protected>)

I've been playing and hacking with some tools used at O'Reilly to produce
their books and the results have been quite promising. My idea would be to
produce a high quality version of the manual a few times a year and make
it available for downloading at www.php.net. The first draft of a possible
layout (it's *not* O'Reilly style...) is available at
http://snaps.php.net/~jah/manual-test.pdf (22 pages). Comments welcome.
