I have been talking to a few others about this recently and at the moment we
use a fairly long winded way of createing the PDF manual.. jadetex etc isnt
it.. could we consider using htmldoc to create it? The URL is :
http://www.easysw.com/htmldoc/ looks like it can do exactly what we want
from a straight HTML version of the manual.
