No. If there is something missing than Rasmus didn't see the above
errors.

BTW: Hartmut made a change early in the morning.

Log:
  chapters.ent will now be created by configure
  if xml files are missing in a translation subdir
  it will automaticly use the english original
  so there is no need to have copies of untranslated
  files in language subdirectories anymore
  
  all language dependant files have been moved to
  the appropriate language subdirs
  
  NOTICE: you have to re-run autoconf and configure!
