With over 220 people with cvs write access to the PHP cvs tree is has
started to become a little bit scary. Access Control Lists is a way to
minimize the damage to the tree if someone makes a mistake.

The way it works. People have been identified and grouped as per what
they work on and have access to the appropriate parts of the CVS tree. We
have likely missed a bunch of people, so if you try to commit something
and it tells you that you don't have enough karma, please don't get upset.
Just send me, Sascha or group <email protected> a note and it will be fixed
promptly.
