Please be cautious, dev-releases may use preliminary configure options.
Those options may change by final release. For example, a new experimental
configure option may be "--with-joes-gd-patch=/", but the same option may
later become part of "--with-gd=/".

Each language (de/fr/it) is translating at a different speed. Some
pages are translated earlier, some later.

This will always be the case unless this page is updated at the same time
as the configure script. Do you have a list of the missing options?

Almost every one, but not all of them. Some break php, some are for
source-level or compiler-level debugging.

Not every option needs one.

If you wish to either send patches to the doc list, or get a CVS phpdoc
account and make the changes, I think it would be great to have somebody
taking this on as an ongoing project.
