two things:

1. has anyone ever given some consideration to making it so the korean
translation actually builds? it seems strange that new translation work
keeps getting submitted when it obviously can't be tested to see if it is
marked up correctly.

2. you can see logs from the semi-regular builds of the documentation by
getting http://www.php.net/manual/XX/build-XX.log. for example, to see
the failures in building the korean manual, see
http://www.php.net/manual/kr/build-kr.log.
