zh is the only "Chinese" entry in the ISO 639 standard (as I'm guessing
that's the one we're following).
However, this might cover different realities :
Simplified Chinese (mainland)
Traditionnal Chinese (Taiwan)
or Cantonese (Guangdonghua).
My best guess is that it's Simplified Chinese, but I couldn't spot the hk
manual on PHP.net.. Where is it?
